1) Who are you? Where do you come from? What is your background?
My mom was a therapist when I was growing up, and I saw firsthand how important people’s emotions can be in so many situations and how, while therapy is a great start to help people understand their past and what has happened, there should also be a focus on developing skills in relationship disputes.
